CNC Mill

I will be graduating in June and will no longer have access to a machine shop. To continue working on various projects, I am planning to build a CNC mill. While the process includes several new challenges for me, such as CNC control and wiring, I have found numerous resources online to guide me.

Some of the project requirements are:

Capable of confidently milling aluminum and some steels
Approximately 10"x6"x10" travel (X, Y, Z)
Coolant lines and motion limits
Pneumatic tool changer
E-stops actuated by a regular switch and incorporated into a stepper overload alarm
Operates on 120V
